Don has more than fifteen years of technology leadership experience at firms such as Freddie Mac, Capital One Financial Services and Sprint Corporation. His time has been spent building motivated teams aimed at providing clients with high level service and technology solutions, and running the technology systems that support mission critical enterprise solutions. Don's responsibilities at BondDesk will include continuing the progress that has been made in our technology infrastructure projects, overseeing BondDesk's application engineering and development teams, along with managing the technology support and service delivery teams.

"I'm excited about the opportunity to have someone with Don's background and track record as an addition to our executive team," said BondDesk CEO Kim Bang. "His joining will provide BondDesk with an exceptional resource given Don's proven technology leadership in promoting business alignment, forging strong relationships, and successful and timely execution of large scale technology programs. In addition, Don's extensive experience in leading the development of world class business systems will support BondDesk's continuing goal of providing industry leading fixed income wealth management solutions to the financial advisor community."

Tal Elyashiv, current Head of Technology, will be transitioning the position to Don beginning in April 2012 and will remain with BondDesk in an advisory capacity for the next 12 months to ensure a smooth, seamless transition. Over the last few years Tal has led major advances in the company's IT infrastructure and architecture, most notably the move to a stable, high availability environment, accelerated platform responsiveness, increased release stability, and enhancements to our client service delivery model.

"I'm really looking forward to working with BondDesk's leadership team, the experienced staff at our technology center, the community of firms who are committed to our technology solutions and our various IT support partners," commented Don Swartz. "Building on the firm's strong legacy of thought leadership through product innovation, I look forward to working with our team to drive value creation through superior technology solutions that benefit BondDesk's current and prospective clients."
