At the beginning of this year, Raiffeisenbank a.s. (RBCZ), one of the biggest and most important banks in the Czech market, signed a comprehensive 5-year master agreement for IT services with Wincor Nixdorf.

In addition to delivery and installation of 100 self-service systems, the agreement covers the provision of application software as well as various services, such as the processing of all cash and cashless transactions. Capital and operating expenses can be reduced by delegating this field of activity to a service provider.

To process the cash and cashless transactions within the RBCZ network, Wincor Nixdorf will be fully responsible for the entire operational handling of transaction processes on self-service systems with the Cashless Payment Solutions Software. This makes RBCZ the third bank in the Czech market to deploy the solution from Wincor Nixdorf for processing all transactions on self-service systems.

The cooperation between Wincor Nixdorf and RBCZ also covers network management, including network monitoring, cash management, database administration, campaign management as well as remote and on-site service. In addition, Wincor Nixdorf will take care of resolving all service events and faults that occur in the ATM network and will also offer support in looking for new ATM locations to expand the network.
