Wire transfers is one of the most rapidly growing segments of the modern financial market, which creates high demand for the advanced information systems capable to effectively support this business. To develop this perspective business line, INTERPROMBANK embarked on a project for the implementation of a high-end scalable FLEXTERA Money Transfers solution designed by Diasoft. The choice of the system to support wire transfers is a result of more than 10 years of successful collaboration of the two companies and several implemented projects.

FLEXTERA Money Transfers is a complex solution which automates business processes for accepting, processing and keeping track of customer orders for money transfers to individuals and service providers without opening a bank account. The business processes related to client servicing are supported by the front office components of the solution, the rest of the processes are implemented in its back office part (the processes related to the transaction accounting, reconciliation, mutual set-offs of claims and obligations, operational reporting). The communication with Diasoft core banking system launched in the bank earlier is ensured with the use of in-built interfaces. FLEXTERA Money Transfers is also integrated with Zolotaya Korona Payment System and provides the bank with sophisticated instruments for anti-money laundering control and prevention of terrorist financing.

One of the key advantages of the solution is the use of the Single Screen Technology which allows streamlining the teller work — the tellers do not need to switch from one functional window to another any more to get the consolidated customer and product information. This allows the bank to reduce operational risks, speed up the teller work, and enhance the customer services.
