Vindicia, the leading provider of marketing and selling automation for the Digital Economy, today announced that it has added mobile carrier billing support to CashBox™ -- the industry's most comprehensive on-demand marketing, CRM and billing engine behind today's top digital businesses.

Through its integration and partnership with BOKU, Inc., the global leader in mobile payments, Vindicia clients will have the ability to seamlessly and securely accept mobile payments from consumers in 67 countries and across more than 240 mobile network operators.

According to Juniper Research, mobile payments are expected to nearly triple over the next three years to a value of $670 billion -- with digital goods accounting for 40 percent of that spend -- and in today's increasingly competitive and global environment maximizing customer acquisition is critical. Today's addition of carrier billing to the CashBox platform helps clients reach customers for whom paying with their mobile phone is both convenient and important -- often those customers without a credit card or a bank account. With this additional payment method, CashBox expands on its broad range of payment method options that include credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, ACH, pre-paid cards, Boleto Bancario, European Direct Debit and more.

"Beyond the mobile payment hype are practical customer service needs and a basic but profitable bottom line: digital businesses in today's marketplace must reach and support their target demographic the way customers prefer," said Gene Hoffman, Chairman and CEO, Vindicia. "Customers want to pay with their phones and we're making this easy for our clients thanks to our integration with BOKU and its world-class technology platform, while still taking advantage of the inherent scale of CashBox and its ability to increase top-line revenue."

"Customers all around the world are embracing mobile commerce at a rapid pace -- and carrier billing continues to be a tremendously effective enabling technology for consumers," said Ron Hirson, BOKU President and cofounder. "Our partnership with Vindicia will provide digital businesses with a seamless bank-grade mobile payments solution across the many global markets we serve, opening up a new world of consumers for their product products and services."

Today's announcement also follows another record-breaking year for the company, as highlighted earlier this week, and is the most recent in a series of key enhancements made to the CashBox platform including:

CashBox StoreFront, which streamlines how digital merchants define new products, create promotions and special offers, and manage virtual catalogs.
New capabilities around invoicing, proration and hierarchical billing to support a broad range of business models especially prevalent in the enterprise software, SaaS and B2B markets.
Enhanced pricing capabilities to enable merchants to build and deliver customized campaigns and to more effectively track and manage the results of those promotions. The new features further optimize merchant customer acquisition and retention efforts by supporting periodic promotions and one-time coupons to supplement existing product or service pricing.
Expanded fraud and payment method support with new partners Kount and GlobalCollect, respectively.
