ADVFN is pleased to announce that it has reached heads of agreement for the formation of a joint venture company with Creative Link Corporation of Japan.
The joint venture company will be based in Tokyo and will operate financial websites in Japan and Korea. These services will be aimed at the local Japanese and Korean markets and will provide local and global data, utilising ADVFN's technology platforms.
During the start up phase of the project ADVFN will be responsible for the technical aspects of the launch of the joint venture, while Creative Link will be responsible for local marketing, customer support and finance of the operation.
