Sofgen Holdings Limited (Sofgen), an international banking IT consulting firm, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sofgen Americas, Inc. has completed the T24 upgrade to R10 for the Miami branch of Banco Sabadell.

The upgrade was delivered in an on-site/offshore configuration. Senior level consultants worked on-site at the bank's Miami branch liaising with SOFGEN's offshore team in India. The T24 system was upgraded from T24 R4 to T24 R10.

Ashok Sharma, Director, SOFGEN Americas commented, "Banco Sabadell Miami Branch had a very aggressive schedule for their upgrade project as the bank wanted to go live before the year-end holiday season. SOFGEN delivered the project on time and to budget, our on-site offshore model ensuring a highly cost effective result. We trust that our success vindicates Banco Sabadell Miami Branch's decision to appoint SOFGEN as its managed services partner."

"SOFGEN met all of our project goals including ensuring that the T24 application, interfaces, queries and routines all worked properly in the new T24 R10 environment," commented Marc Griera i Montlló, Americas Banco Sabadell CIO.
