SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. ("SS&C") notes the announcement by TPG today regarding the posting of its offer document.
SS&C continues to work with the Independent Directors of GlobeOp and its advisers to complete its due diligence as soon as possible, and is in active discussions with its financing banks regarding a cash offer for GlobeOp.
SS&C urges shareholders to take no action in respect of the TPG offer.
