Wolters Kluwer appoints Serge Minne CEO, FRSGlobal

Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, a leading worldwide provider of compliance and risk management solutions for the financial services industry, announced today that Serge Minne has been made chief executive officer of its FRSGlobal business unit where he will lead the overall growth strategy, and will be responsible for the business' operations, product development, sales, and marketing. He is based in Brussels, Belgium.

Former CEO of FRSGlobal, Steve Husk has been named executive vice president and strategic advisor for the Wolters Kluwer Financial & Compliance Services division where he will focus on high priority, global growth opportunities for FRSGlobal and Wolters Kluwer Financial Services.

Minne was previously CFO and COO at FRSGlobal, providing strategic counsel on the growth of FRSGlobal into new geographies and overseeing its operations. He has over 25 years of experience in financial and business leadership. Prior to joining FRSGlobal, Minne held senior roles within SITA, Peoplesoft and Sybase. In addition he holds a degree in commercial and financial services from the HEC Business School in Brussels, Belgium.
