ACI hires Sergey Lukyanov as head of Russia and CIS

ACI Worldwide (Nasdaq:ACIW), a leading international provider of payment systems, today announced the appointment of payment industry specialist Sergey Lukyanov to head up ACI's Russian and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) sales and operations.

He joins from BPC Group, where he spent 6 years as deputy CEO for sales and marketing in the region.

Sergey Lukyanov brings more than 20 years experience of payment systems working in banks and for software suppliers. He will take a leadership role focused on building and reinforcing relationships with customers, partners and governments in the region, working alongside ACI's existing team in the region.

Prior to joining BPC Group, Sergey Lukyanov worked as Deputy General Director (Visa and MasterCard projects) for JSC Cardcentre (FC URALSIB), and then at URALSIB Bank. He has also held roles at Card Tech Ltd (Russia) and at Moscow Bank for Reconstruction and Development. He received his MBA/MBI diploma at GUU, Russia's State University of Management, in 2007.
