Cardtronics (NASDAQ: CATM), the world's largest retail ATM owner, today announced organizational changes for its sales and relationship management groups, creating a unified team designed to better serve the financial institution and national retailer marketplaces.

Assuming leadership of this holistic team, Todd Clark has joined Cardtronics in a newly created position — senior executive vice president, Sales and Relationship Management Group — and will report directly to chief executive officer Steve Rathgaber.

"By migrating Cardtronics' experienced market-facing professionals out of our business units and into a specialized and unified team, we have fully leveraged our considerable assets to create a sales and relationship management center of excellence," said Steve Rathgaber, chief executive officer, Cardtronics. "Leading Cardtronics into this new era and organizational structure will be Todd Clark. Todd's distinguished track record of financial and merchant services sales success provides Cardtronics a proven platform, a platform we'll use to make it easier for our customers to do business with us."

Todd joins Cardtronics as senior executive vice president, Sales and Relationship Management Group. Arriving with more than 20 years of demonstrated success in sales and client relations leadership roles, Clark has driven revenue growth in both entrepreneurial and global corporate environments.

He was most recently senior vice president and general manager of strategic accounts at First Data, with responsibility for its largest customer, Bank of America, which included the revenue for Bank of America Merchant Services, a payments company with more than 350,000 merchant relationships across the U.S. that started as a joint-venture between Bank of America and First Data.

Prior to First Data, Clark led financial institution-facing sales teams at Concord EFS, Inc, which he joined in 2002 when Concord acquired Core Data Resources Inc., which Clark co-founded in 1991. Under Clark's leadership, Core Data Resources grew to become the second largest ATM processor in the U.S., counting Cardtronics among its earliest clients. Todd Clark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin.

Sales and relationship management executives Tony Muscarello and Carl Osterlof and their teams will now report to Clark.
