The Treasury Management Services division of BBVA Compass is introducing new mobile and live chat technologies, Compass e-Access® Mobile and Secure Chat*.
Through use of these enhanced capabilities, Treasury Management clients are able to quickly and efficiently conduct business transactions to match their changing needs.

Compass e-Access Mobile is a browser-based solution that allows clients to view detailed account activity and balances, initiate book transfers, and approve wire transfers without using their computers or visiting a branch. This new access channel, combined with existing Compass e-Access functionalities of delivering alert notifications and One-Time Passcodes by phone, e-mail, or text message, provides our commercial and corporate clients with a complete mobile solution.
Secure Chat allows Compass e-Access users to communicate directly with a bank representative in a real-time, secure environment. Upon initiating a chat session, customers can specify their preferred language and easily select the nature of their question or request. Based upon these selections, they can chat directly with the representative best equipped to effectively provide the information they need.
