Managing a team of 49 within the expanding Open Trader business department, Sharron will be responsible for running all software development and QA within the Commercial Lines channel, for both contracted and strategic projects.

Sharron brings with her a strong track record of delivering complex projects and over 10 years experience in software technical delivery, project management, quality assurance and bid management gained from both the Public and Private sectors. She is also trained in AGILE, an industry project management methodology to help identify and determine complex requirements to ensure customer needs are met.
