Temenos Group AG (SIX: TEMN), the market leading provider of core banking solutions, today announced the resignation of Mr Mark Austen as a member of the Board of Directors of Temenos Group AG with immediate effect.
Mark Austen has been a Temenos Non-Executive Director since May 2006 and the Temenos Board had previously announced that it would not seek his re-election at its upcoming AGM.
Andreas Andreades, Chairman of the Temenos Board of Directors, said, "I thank Mr Austen for his valuable service to the company over the last six years, during which time Temenos has enjoyed strong growth and business success, and I wish him all the best in his future endeavours."
