IPC opens Global Solutions Operations Center in Sydney
IPC Information Systems, LLC, the leading provider of mission-critical communications systems for the global financial services market, today announced the opening of its Global Solutions Operations Center (GSOC) in Sydney.

The Sydney-based GSOC consolidates IPC's network operations and customer service centers and enables trained IPC technicians to offer proactive customer network monitoring with centralized management on a 24x7 "follow the sun" global basis, in contrast to the traditional and time consuming "break-and-fix" model of system maintenance managed in-house. Located in the heart of Sydney's financial business center, the GSOC is the main operations center for Asia Pacific. IPC also has GSOCs in London and New York.
