SunGard MarketMap offers customers Nasdaq Basic data

Nasdaq Basic is now available to customers of SunGard's MarketMap front-to-back global market data solutions.

Customers of the MarketMap terminal or feed solutions for news, charts and quotes now have access to NASDAQ Basic, which delivers real-time quote and trade data for all U.S.-listed securities.

Market participants, including trade support staff and researchers, are seeking comprehensive yet lower cost solutions that provide accurate reference prices in real-time from each exchange venue in one stream. NASDAQ Basic is a low-cost alternative to Level 1 products and delivers Best Bid and Offer and Last Sale information for all securities listed on NASDAQ, NYSE and NYSE Amex, based on liquidity from the NASDAQ Market Center as well as trades reported to the FINRA/NASDAQ Trade Reporting Facility (TRFTM). MarketMap users of NASDAQ Basic also receive data from NASDAQ OMX BX (BX®) and NASDAQ OMX PSX (PSXSM) in one consolidated feed.
