BNY Mellon puts treasury management on the iPad

BNY Mellon, the global leader in investment management and investment services, today announced the launch of TreasuryEdge(SM) Mobile, designed to assist clients with managing their electronic banking transactions and related information reporting from an iPad®.

TreasuryEdge Mobile joins offerings available from BNY Mellon's liquidity services, asset servicing, and global markets businesses as part of a growing series of integrated applets available via BNY Mellon Connect. Designed to provide clients with a single point of interface for iPad-based BNY Mellon offerings, BNY Mellon Connect has been available for download via the App Store since early this past summer.

An adaptation of BNY Mellon's new TreasuryEdge desktop electronic banking application, TreasuryEdge Mobile delivers key TreasuryEdge features adapted specifically for client use on iPads and other mobile devices. Available for download to registered TreasuryEdge users at the App Store through BNY Mellon Connect(SM) Mobile, TreasuryEdge Mobile will allow Treasury Services clients to quickly access key data elements and initiate, approve and/or release transactions using their mobile device.

The debut of TreasuryEdge Mobile marks an important step forward in realizing the potential of BNY Mellon Connect Mobile for our clients."

Featuring a client-friendly dashboard display, TreasuryEdge Mobile has been designed to provide:

* Timely information on the client's cash accounts, with informacounts, with information related to decision-making on cash flows, balance and investment levels
* An activity feature that allows clients to report and take action on various payment activities
* Transaction tools that allow clients to create, verify or release intra-company transactions
* Reporting tools that allow for the generation and delivery of basic TreasuryEdge reports to the mobile device


Additional features and functionalities will be added to TreasuryEdge Mobile in upcoming releases.

Like all of the offerings available via BNY Mellon Connect Mobile, TreasuryEdge Mobile was designed with crucial security safeguards. BNY Mellon Connect Mobile is secured by multi-factor authentication that includes a combination of user ID, password, and mobile device identifier. First time users of the app with Web-based log-in credentials as an existing BNY Mellon client are taken through an enrollment process.
