The license agreement is for use of the i-Recs system to perform daily cash, daily holdings and periodic NAV reconciliations across the group. WWFS's Importer software is a key component of the installation used to retrieve data from multiple custodians ready for reconciliation against accounting records from Simcorp's Dimension product.
