DefenseEdge - this decisioning solution gives financial institutions (FIs) a more accurate measure of potential risk and the ability to identify fraud as it happens, reducing the number of false positives while offering a higher level of transaction security.
SpendTrend Insights Fraud Analysis - a robust, ad hoc reporting tool that captures and analyzes transaction data to improve fraud trend identification within an FI's portfolio, automatically alerts fraud trends, increases operational efficiencies and reduces fraud losses.
Information & Analytics Solutions
First Data Merchant Alerts - this new product offering is available to merchants through an application within the BusinessTrack secure portal. It delivers timely email notifications of recent deposit, funding or dispute activity.
Advanced Solutions & Innovation
Token Pay/Self-Checkout - an innovative solution that enables merchants to offer payment services within a mobile application. The first phase uses a mobile self-checkout with an over-the-air (OTA) token that allows consumers to register with a merchant and add a payment choice.
