The offering -- Send Money -- will be available to community financial institutions in 2012 as part of BancVue's planned online money management solution. The company's new program, designed to be the industry's most integrated and functional, will allow customers to securely and easily make payments to another person.
"We're particularly delighted to announce this new association with the folks at PayPal and their peer-to-peer payment technology," said Gabe Krajicek, CEO of BancVue. "Send Money promises to be the kind of powerful benefit our clients have come to expect."
BancVue, recognized earlier this year by Fast Company as one of the 10 Most Innovative Companies, has been bringing game-changing innovations to the marketplace since its founding in 2004. With offerings like Kasasa®, a national brand of superior products, and Choice Checking™, an account specifically designed to help community financial institutions generate non-interest income and offset the impact of regulatory changes, BancVue has helped its partners around the country compete and win against the megabanks.
