Fincentric Corporation announced today that County National Bank has selected Fincentric's new Wealthview Leadbuilder software for its 20 retail branches and 100 frontline staff.

Wealthview Leadbuilder delivers targeted marketing messages right to the frontline at the point of customer interaction-where it's most effective. "Our tellers are encouraged to cross-sell, but they have no idea what to say, nor do they wish to become sales people or inconvenience the customer," said Bower. "With Wealthview Leadbuilder, they can confidently engage with customers in cross-selling because they're armed with consistent, qualified messages that are timely and valid for each individual customer."
Four months ago, County National Bank formed a Technology Service/Sales Committee to investigate how technology could streamline and improve marketing, leads and sales management at the branch channel. Like many banks, they initially turned to Sales Referral and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology but discovered they needed more from a lead creation and referral management point solution in addition to CRM. "While these systems addressed the needs of the bank's sales desk with referral and contact management as well as sales tracking, they really didn't address the specific needs of the branch teller," said Helen Kolar, County National Bank's Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Wealthview Leadbuilder's ease of use was also a critical factor for County National Bank. "Because Wealthview Leadbuilder is seamlessly embedded into the teller screen, tellers don't have to toggle between different applications on their desktop to access it," said Kolar. The new lead is automatically captured and then passed to a CRM solution for sales to follow-up.

County National Bank (CNB) will be the first bank in the United States to implement the technology for its frontline. CNB is currently testing Wealthview Leadbuilder at two branches. Once the testing phase is completed in mid June, the Bank expects to initiate rollout of the software to the remaining branches starting in July 2005.
