Sentenial e-Mandate overcomes the many challenges of paper based mandates, by electronically capturing and recording the customer's authorisation of the mandate and performing real-time validation of the customer's bank account number.
Available as a SaaS solution, Sentenial e-Mandate integrates seamlessly with corporate websites and is built upon a unique Pan-European Framework that allows corporates to choose a level of customer authentication best suited to their individual business needs.
Sentenial's SEPA e-Mandates enables corporates with a low risk of refunds to opt for a light form of authentication, while corporates requiring a stronger form of authentication can choose a more advanced mode which verifies that the customer has control of the specified bank account.
