Prognosis for Money Transfer System brings together real-time reporting on performance, productivity, operational and transaction data combined with critical alerts for managing queue depths, and monitoring cut-off times, line queues and critical process availability, to deliver a truly comprehensive analytical view of system status at any time.
This announcement follows the launch of Prognosis for ACI Proactive Risk Manager in February 2011. ACI Payment Service Management powered by Prognosis is also available for ACI's BASE24-eps and BASE24 payment processing environments, and the Prognosis solution is used by more than 100 ACI customers around the world.
