Sheehan will have overall responsibility for Andera's sales strategy and execution, including the direct, channel, and account management teams. He has over thirty years of experience spanning large and small companies in the financial technology industry. Most recently, Tom was Vice President of Sales at ACI Worldwide, a $418 million provider of bill pay and payments products to financial institutions for five years; prior to that, he guided Financial Fusion, a provider of online banking services, through four years of solid growth.

"Tom's experience in leading early-stage companies to maturity will be a valuable addition to our management and sales teams," according to Charlie Kroll, CEO of Andera. Kroll added, "He's dedicated himself to understanding and fulfilling the needs of financial services customers."
According to Sheehan, "The potential at Andera is huge. Online customer acquisition is still in its infancy, and Andera is the leader with over five hundred customers. Only about ten percent of the market is penetrated, so I see Andera as a place where I can have enormous impact."

Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Providence College, and grew his early career through stints at a "Big Six" accounting firm (back when there were six of them), Burroughs, and Digital Equipment. He's an avid runner, cyclist, and rugby fan, an aspiring juggler, and swings Red Sox in the epic battle with New York.
