Integrated Media Management (IMM), a document output management and automation technology provider, announced today that Rivermark Community Credit Union has selected its FormSpeed product.
FormSpeed is a Web-based workflow productivity tool for financial institutions that collects information and effectively routes forms through their proper channel.
IMM's FormSpeed became available through an acquisition earlier this year. The company currently markets it as an independent add-on option with plans to have its functionality integrated into the DocQ feature of TotaleAtlas™, the company's proprietary browser-based document presentment application, by yearend.
Rivermark Community CU recognized that enhancing its document workflow functionality would achieve greater operational productivity and provide a high level of data integrity. The credit union identified more than 25 different areas where FormSpeed could provide immediate value in process automation, varying from system access requests, direct deposit forms and administrative functions to title and trust deed requests. Rivermark Community CU selected IMM's FormSpeed for its conditional workflow routing and unique scalability, able to accommodate an infinite number of forms and users. The technology also easily interfaces with its core system and can send and receive data from both existing systems and third-party applications.
Bobbi Brown, vice president of information technology at Rivermark Community CU, said, "Our staff will now save time and focus on the main goal of actually serving members, not managing paper. IMM's FormSpeed will contribute to greater efficiencies throughout the credit union that ultimately will reduce costs and enhance member service. The leadership at IMM gets it - the executive team is forward-thinking and presents only the technology it knows will make a difference to us."
FormSpeed electronically streamlines banks and credit unions' document workflow to minimize data entry errors and strengthen data accuracy. The intelligent Wizard-based screens also help remove operational bottlenecks and missed steps in a given process aas well as prrovide real-time approvals.
"The ability to automate data collection and customize internal workflows enables Rivermark Community CU to be much more accurate and efficient in document processes across the institution," said Chuck Klein, CEO of Integrated Media Management. "We look forward to expanding our reach with this new market opportunity, providing clients an additional means to maximize the return on their overall technological investment."
