Nyse suspends Longtop shares

Nyse Regulation ("NYSE Regulation") announced today its final determination to remove the American Depositary Shares of Longtop Financial Technologies Limited - ticker symbol LFT - (the "Securities") from listing on the New York Stock Exchange and file a Form 25 Delisting Application to strike the Securities from listing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission").

Pursuant to its rules, the New York Stock Exchange announced on July 22, 2011 the decision to delist the Securities and provided an opportunity for Longtop Financial Technologies Limited to appeal the decision to a Committee of the Board of Directors of the New York Stock Exchange. The prescribed time for Longtop Financial Technologies Limited to file an appeal has expired.

The Securities have been halted and will now be suspended prior to the open of trading on August 17, 2011. The delisting will become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed unless postponed by the Commission.
