Western Union expands walk-in bill payments service

The Western Union Company (NYSE:WU), a leader in global payment services, today announced the national expansion of its enhanced walk-in bill payments service as a result of a successful regional test.

The national expansion offers consumers a network of 10,000+ billers for mortgage, auto loan, insurance, credit card, utility, telecomm and cable payments including AT&T and Comcast, plus walk-in access to a network of participating Western Union Agent offices, nationally-known retailers and other locations.

The enhanced walk-in service gives consumers a valuable money management tool and control over their payments with a transaction process that is convenient, fast and easy to use.
