Both roles report directly to Head of Global Marketing for Traditional Asset Managers Charles Garcia and are based in TradingScreen's New York headquarters.

The two additions come as TradingScreen, the leading multi-asset, broker-neutral Execution Management System (EMS) for the buy side, continues to add leadership strength. The move follows other recent, senior-level hires focused on foreign exchange and traditional asset management.

"I am very proud to have Arnold and Tim as part of the team at TradingScreen, adding deep experience to our roster," said Charles Garcia. "Most importantly, Arnold and Tim bring user insights, which keep TradingScreen at the forefront of customer service and product innovation."

Arnold brings a great deal of experience in electronic fixed income trading, moving through some of the most groundbreaking companies in the space. Arnold was a co-founder of Moneyline where he held senior responsibilities in electronic trading including managing the firm's relationship with MarketAxess. He ran product management for Beacon Capital and most recently worked with Warburg Pincus / Benchmark Capital on a next-generation fixed income trading platform.

"TradingScreen anticipated many of the trends that now define electronic trading, and created some of the most innovative trading workflow solutions available today," said Arnold Roxas. "TradingScreen is committed to extending its cross-asset, multi-broker service deep into the fixed-income markets. I look forward to working alongside top-tier talent and leveraging the wealth of trading capabilities developed to date to drive the firm's efforts to establish a dominant presence on fixed income desks."

Tim Sullivan entered the trading sphere at Salomon Brothers in 1993, rising to become a Vice President in Equity Derivatives and Trading. Since then, Tim has advanced through senior level sales and trading roles at Pulse Trading and Ballista Securities, with more than a decade spent at ITG Trading where he held the role of Director.

"I have always been impressed by the fact that TradingScreen has a superior product, but is always finding ways to make it even better," said Tim Sullivan. "I am here to tap a huge opportunity, driving those great products to Traditional Asset Managers. I am also happy to be working with one of the best teams in trading technology, surrounded by highly-motived, hardworking people committed to the success of the firm."
