Electra Information Systems, a leading provider of high-performance solutions for institutional investors including trade settlement, reconciliation, data collection and aggregation, today announced that Adrian Goulbourn has been appointed Director of Marketing.
Mr. Goulbourn assumes responsibility for all marketing and communications activities. He will focus on increasing Electra's market exposure and will help drive the company's growth globally by rolling out creative marketing programs. The appointment reinforces Electra's growth strategy and further underscores Electra's leadership position within the financial technology industry.
Prior to Electra, Mr. Goulbourn was consulting at a leading PR agency, specializing in the financial technology industry. Previously, he was managing director and publisher at Screen Markets, a new media business focusing on the global market data and financial IT industries. He was also publisher of the market data group at Incisive Media, where he oversaw the commercial strategy for leading brands such as Inside Market Data and launched Inside Reference Data. He has worked in North America, Europe and Asia and has run business development and marketing efforts at Thomson Financial and at other companies.
