SRL Global, a specialist technology firm providing a cutting edge system, which delivers investment control and management of assets to investors, has announced the appointment of Yvonne Barker-Layton as Marketing & Client Services Director.
Yvonne will primarily be responsible for the global marketing strategy of SRL Global, helping to lead the company into its next stage of growth. Yvonne's main focus will be to raise the brand awareness and profile of SRL Global, whilst also developing the marketing and client service function in-house.
Yvonne has a strong background in marketing and client services within the financial industry, having previously worked in that very area as a consultant at a Geneva-based independent asset and wealth management company, playing a key role in establishing the business from inception. Until January 2009, Yvonne worked for Renaissance Investment Management, an investment manager specialising in emerging market funds, as Head of International Marketing & Client Services. She was also a member of the Communications Board of the Renaissance Group. In that role, she established a new international client service and marketing department, with a specific focus on the EMEA region. Prior to Yvonne's appointment at Renaissance she was Head of Client Service & Marketing at Fauchier Partners (2004-2007) and also held the position of Institutional business manager and marketing associate for the fund of funds business at Gartmore Investment Management.
