The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

Millennium bcp, which has been a Fiserv customer for more than seven years, uses Fiserv's ICBS core and front-end systems for processing and customer servicing. Under the agreement, Fiserv CBS Worldwide will provide Millennium bcp with software updates and services to support the group's operations internationally in Portugal, France, Poland, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Angola, Mozambique, Macau, Canada, the United States and Greece.
