Information Mosaic, the global leader in providing advanced post-trade automations solutions, has been awarded SWIFTReady 2011 Certification for Securities Settlement and Corporate Actions. Information Mosaic has been awarded the label for Corporate Actions for the seventh year in a row.

The SWIFTReady for Securities Settlement label has been awarded to Information Mosaic's post-trade operations platform, IMSecurities™, which is a scalable, multi-entity and multi-currency solution that reduces risk and cost for all core post-trade services including asset servicing, securities settlement, trade, portfolio and cash management. Information Mosaic's corporate actions solution, IMActions™, automates the complete corporate actions life cycle, from announcement capture and cleansing, to entitlements, notifications, elections, and allocations. Under the SWIFTReady 2011 certification, Information Mosaic has demonstrated its ability to process the full set of corporate action messages, and has proven its understanding and technical mapping of these messages and the nuances associated with varied national market practice, to the SWIFT team.
