The partnership with WTD Consulting follows several successful geographic market entries for Eclipse across Europe and Asia and will leverage the operational strengths and geographic presence of both companies. WTD will provide consulting, business analysis, project management and systems migration to support the delivery of FFastFill's Eclipse platform to brokers and FCMs across multiple asset classes in the US.

Hamish Purdey, CEO of FFastFill, said, "The decision to partner WTD in the US was made in response to the increasing customer demand for an alternative to legacy systems there. WTD has deep domain expertise and established success of systems integration projects and its reputation in the US for middle and back-office business analysis, project management and system conversions is unparalleled. They are a strong complement to FFastFill's core capabilities in post-trade-processing solutions and software-as-a-service delivery."

David Evans, CEO of WTD Consulting, said, "The changing regulatory requirements in the US and the industry shift towards central counterparty clearing of OTC derivatives require firms to reassess their back-office technology strategy. We are impressed with the modern technology and flexible architecture of FFastFill's Eclipse platform and we can see clearly how US firms will benefit from this."
