Andrew joins Focus Solutions from Intellego PDP Limited where he was a Director and Head of the Financial Services vertical with responsibility for developing and implementing their RDR eLearning proposition, consultancy and managing key accounts. Prior to taking up this position, Andrew held senior roles in sales and training at the Guardian Royal Exchange Group and Guardian Financial Services. He is a well respected figure in the sector and brings to Focus Solutions over 30 years of practical experience, with a specific and extensive knowledge of Training & Competence, employee development and CPD.

Within his new position at Focus Solutions, Andrew will be a key contributor to the ongoing development of focus:progress, servicing existing clients and driving new sales. He will be involved in capturing client requirements for product implementation and providing advice and support to Focus Solutions' clients as they undergo changes required for the RDR and beyond.
