Vasco signs reseller deal with Colombia's Esoluciones

VASCO Data Security (NASDAQ:VDSI), a global provider of enterprise-wide security products that support e-business and e-commerce, today announced that it has reinforced its indirect sales network in Colombia by partnering with leading distributor, Esoluciones.

Esoluciones will sell Digipass Pack for Juniper to its network of resellers. Digipass Pack is a bundling of VASCO's Digipass and VACMAN Middleware, designed to be easily combined with the world's leading security products of VASCO's Solution Partners. Digipass Pack is only sold indirectly, via distributors and resellers/integrators.

Esoluciones is a Colombian value-added specialist distributor, specializing in remote connection, network management and Internet security and administration solutions. Esoluciones also distributes the products of VASCO's solution partner Juniper.

To become a VASCO distributor, companies must meet a number of criteria. First, a distributor must have one or more products of VASCO's solution partners (Citrix, Novell, F5 Networks, SonicWALL, Watchguard, Juniper, etc.) in its portfolio. Secondly, VASCO distributors need to have thorough knowledge of the local market and of VASCO's products by having their staff trained and certified by VASCO. Thirdly, they need to share with VASCO the business spirit and focus on quality.
