ImageValidator, an optional upgrade, is Serverside's new premium image checking tool that enables issuers to achieve greater certainty about the origin or appropriateness of an image in much less time.

Among other things, ImageValidator:

• instantly indicates whether an image, or similar image, has been checked before

• informs the image checker of all previous decisions made for an image if it has been checked before, avoiding duplication and ensuring consistency

• searches the internet for other instances of the uploaded card image and provides links to any found images

If chosen by an issuer, the easy-to-use ImageValidator tool is supplied built into the standard image checking site. ImageValidator is powered by TinEye.

Tom Elgar, Co-founder and CTO, Serverside Group, commented: "ImageValidator has raised the bar when it comes to checking the appropriateness of an image. It makes the whole process quicker and, by scouring the internet for selected images, much more far-reaching. With the exponential growth of the internet, it's more important than ever to be able to pinpoint the origins of an image and ImageValidator achieves exactly that, providing issuers with additional peace of mind."
