Rollout of the systems is already complete, with of the majority installed in branches of "Braunschweigische Landessparkasse", a subsidiary of Nord/LB. Within the framework of an existing service contract for the bank's self-service systems, Wincor Nixdorf is also responsible for maintaining the devices.

Nord/LB is one of the largest banks in Germany with approximately 1 million private and corporate customers. To ensure that these customers are able to print up-to-date account information at all times, the bank has equipped its branches with Wincor Nixdorf's state-of-the-art CINEO technology.

Wincor Nixdorf was awarded the contract after comprehensive tests and comparison of other self-service providers. During the testing phase, Wincor Nixdorf's CINEO T2000 terminals stood out due to their user-friendly design for customers and staff and the systems ability to print at higher speeds. Other major plus points included a fast approval by the data center and the possibility to upgrade the systems to account service terminals featuring a document scanner.

The CINEO terminals extend Wincor Nixdorf's range of modern, reliable self-service systems. From mono-functional statement printers to multifunctional transaction systems with a scanner for automatic document capture, the CINEO terminals offer extensive functionality. One of the system family's special features is that it combines exemplary ergonomics with an elegant design.
