Focus Solutions, the leading provider of multi-channel distribution software to the global financial services industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kieron O'Toole to the role of Implementation Director, following the departure of Frank Murray, Customer Services Director.
After 10 years at Focus, Frank Murray, Customer Services Director will be taking a career break at the end of March. Frank and Kieron's roles will crossover for a period of a month allowing for a smooth transition of all projects and responsibilities.
Kieron joins Focus Solutions from Patsystems where he held the position of Global Operations Director and was responsible for all operational aspects including product strategy, development, implementation and global customer support. Prior to joining Patsystems, Kieron held various senior Operations and Project Management positions at other large financial services software organisations, such as Tieto, Fiserv and Unisys, making him an excellent fit for Focus.
Kieron will join the existing executive team and will direct and own the UK and International implementation strategy for Focus. He will take responsibility for the delivery of all Focus' multi-channel distribution software implementations within the UK and globally and will oversee the transformation of the implementation team to support international deliveries.
