Since the contract was signed at the end of 2009, BNP Paribas' personal loan branch (trading under the name of Cetelem in France) has managed to significantly reduce travel expenses.

BT's solution has helped reduce travel costs worldwide, speed up exchanges during merger-acquisition periods and boost productivity by making sure information circulates better.

In 2010, BNP Paribas Personal Finance recorded a 15% difference between budgeted travel expenses and actual travel expenses. The solution was used a lot by the company's headquarters in particular, since the acquisition of Findomestic in Italy, Alpha Credit in Belgium and the creation of Commerzfinanz in Germany. In addition to reducing financial costs, BT's video conferencing solution also helps significantly reduce BNP Paribas Personal Finance's carbon emissions, thus enabling the company to meet their targets in terms of sustainable development.
