Panoptic Security unveils MyPCIDashboard

Panoptic Security, a leading provider of online PCI compliance solutions, today launched MyPCIDashboard, an interactive, real-time PCI and risk management dashboard that provides users meaningful insights into their merchant PCI program.

MyPCIDashboard gives Panoptic Security's customers a range of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) relative to all phases and steps of PCI compliance along with real-time business intelligence data. It allows merchant portfolio holders to set performance metrics and then continuously access the performance of their PCI program against those metrics. Panoptic Security has also built-in communication tools that helps facilitate outbound merchant communications for improved compliance rates.

"It is important for merchant portfolio managers to know if their PCI program is working. The ability to visualize their data in the most meaningful way and quickly take action from their dashboard opens the door for better communication and allows for better-informed decisions that can improve PCI compliance results."

When customers view their MyPCIDashboard, the user starts with an overview page that gives at-a-glance, real-time summaries of the state of compliance and where their merchants are in the PCI process. From this central point, customers can access more detailed information including:

* Compliance and Validation: the portfolio is evaluated and milestones are measured
* Merchant Progress: provides detailed information on how merchants are tactically moving through the multi-stages of PCI compliance, including education, scan integration, compliance achievement and renewals
* Portfolio Management: users access a variety of tools and services to actively manage their portfolio and facilitate outbound communications directly to individuals or groups of merchants, using pre-loaded email templates, phone scripts and direct mail templates
* Reports: users can download a variety of formal industry required reports based on real-time data; these reports include the payment brands, specific reports set by processors, and customized reports per customer need

"We wanted to provide our customers with deeper insights and tools for actively managing their portfolio," added Norris. "As customers use the dashboards and access the reports, they can move customer uptake and compliance rates above current levels and reduce their legal and financial exposure."
