Fort Worth City Credit Union taps IMM for remote signature

Integrated Media Management (IMM), a document output management and automation technology provider, announced today that Fort Worth City Credit Union has successfully implemented its TotaleAtlasWeb solution to support members' ability to securely sign documents away from a physical branch, at their convenience, anywhere 24/7.

"TotaleAtlasWeb has made a significant impact on how we serve our members," said Zane Archer, network administrator for Fort Worth City Credit Union. "The technology is a win-win: we are able to reduce costs, enhance workflow and maintain compliance while providing a greater level of service and convenience to our membership."

Unique to Fort Worth City, members access TotaleAtlasWeb through the home banking portal, which is provided by PM Systems Corporation (PMSC). In doing so, the credit union eliminates the need for independent authentication by utilizing the secure login through the members' home banking account. It is the first of IMM's customers to leverage the software in this way. TotaleAtlasWeb additionally provides secure document viewing and public key infrastructure (PKI) digital signature capture via the Web. PKI digital technology provides the most secure, enforceable remote signature technology available.

In serving its 14,000 members from a single branch, Fort Worth City needed a solution to reduce operational costs, eliminate unsecure and inefficient faxes, as well as remove the need to build more brick and mortar branches while still reaching members. More specifically, Fort Worth City did not want to impede transaction opportunities in limiting members to the branch for completing loan documents. With IMM's TotaleAtlasWeb, the credit union gives members the convenience of completing documents via the Web 24/7, which cuts out previous restrictions of branch hours and location. Fort Worth City's employees have additionally experienced an improved ease of workflow with TotaleAtlasWeb, as the time spent to process documents has been reduced significantly.
