Morningstar Real-Time Data's feeds deliver fast, reliable data from all major equity exchanges and indexes worldwide, as well as foreign exchange and treasury markets. Data is available for more than 4 million global instruments including futures, options, commodities, and precious metals.

OTC Markets Group operates the world's largest electronic interdealer quotation system for broker-dealers to trade unlisted securities. OTC Markets Group organizes the OTC marketplace into three tiers based on the level of disclosure companies choose to provide to investors: OTCQX, OTCQB, and OTC Pink.

"We are proud to be working with Morningstar as a major distributor of our real-time data. It was just a decade ago that we pioneered an electronic marketplace for the OTC, and today we distribute 93 percent of all OTC priced quotes," said Teresa Bowie, Director of Market Data Licensing, OTC Markets Group. "As a result of working together, investors worldwide have access to the most comprehensive U.S. OTC equity pricing and OTC security tier data."

"We are pleased to have included OTC Markets Group real-time data in the Morningstar Quotes Data Feed, to provide our clients with greater transparency and efficiency of the unlisted securities market," said Gordon Bloor, CEO of Morningstar's Real-Time Data business.
