John Barber, former head of the Global Information Division of ICAP, the world's largest inter-dealer broker, has joined the Company in a consultancy capacity. He will be working with Dominique Velter, head of the data services portfolio on the Executive Board, to assist the Group in further developing and exploiting its extensive data and information capital in line with objectives. The comprehensive range of this capital reflects the Group's leading market position across a broad portfolio of instruments traded in the OTC markets.

John Barber was previously Managing Director of Dow Jones Markets, the information vendor, and Group Managing Director of Dart, a leading analytics and software provider.

Dane Thacker has joined Compagnie Financière Tradition as Sales and Marketing Manager, Market Data Services, reporting to Dominique Velter.
Mr. Thacker has over 15 years' experience in the business and has previously held senior sales positions with Telerate and Moneyline. For the past two years he has been consulting for Collin Stewart Tullett and Standard & Poors.
