Integrated Media Management (IMM), a document output management and automation technology provider, announced today an integration between its Universal Document Presentment (UDP) software and the online account opening solutions provided by Performance Systems International (PSI).
PSI provides comprehensive technology for the opening of new accounts, available for both internal staff and online account opening. The integration with IMM's UDP adds in-branch and remote signature capture to PSI's existing account opening workflow, enabling documents to be completed on-screen and signed electronically for automatic archival into the imaging platform. UDP is a version of IMM's TotaleAtlas that enables in-branch signature capture for non-integrated core processors and third-party applications.
"We are pleased to enhance PSI's account opening functionality by extending signature capture options to its users," said Chuck Klein, CEO of Integrated Media Management. "The automated document fulfillment will offer significant time savings for credit unions while also granting a higher level of member convenience and service for the process."
IMM and PSI's integration was created using Web services and application programming interfaces (APIs) to produce a straight-through process. It allows PSI customers to seamlessly handoff documents to IMM's UDP, electronically streamlining a traditionally paper-based process regardless of where the member signs.
According to Grant Parry, president of Performance Systems International, "IMM is a market leader in electronic document presentment and processing workflow. We are always looking for opportunities to expand the capabilities of our account opening solutions, and are excited to add this option to our product offerings."
