Andy Lees appointed new head of Capgemini Financial Services UK

Andy Lees has been appointed to the position of Vice President and Head of Capgemini Financial Services UK, a unit of the Capgemini Group, one of the world's foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services.

In his new role, Andy Lees will lead an experienced team of industry and IT professionals solely dedicated to the banking, insurance and regulatory compliance sectors. He will focus on applying Capgemini's proven global delivery model, deep domain expertise, transformational capabilities and multinational experience to a UK financial services industry seeking radical change in the wake of a period of exceptional turbulence.

Andy Lees joins Capgemini from Atos Consulting where he gained deep financial services sector experience as head of UK private sector - a role in which his responsibilities spanned consulting, business development and practice management, through to large scale contract delivery and consulting.

Based in London, Andy Lees holds an honours degree in engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, a post-graduate degree in international business from the University of Bristol and an MBA from the ENPC in Paris.
