As part of the company's on-going strategy for growth, which involves significantly increasing its presence internationally, Red Box Recorders, one of the leading suppliers of voice recording, retrieval and storage solutions, has announced a new international structure.
This latest development is designed to facilitate the company's recent and planned growth throughout North America, South East Asia, EMEA and Latin America which has seen it add significant numbers of clients and resellers to its portfolio across these regions in the past 6 months. Key wins include Synnex in Thailand; the largest brokerage house in Singapore; the largest government contract in Singapore; Hoovers in the US and two market leading international banks in London and the Middle East.
As part of the new structure Will Hopkins, who has been with Red Box for over three years and has been responsible for building the reseller network in the UK, is moving to Singapore with his family to head up operations in South East Asia. Jimmy Chan will be heading up RBR China, covering Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan. Jimmy was previously a reseller for Red Box in the region.

It is vital that as a business we have the right team and structure in place to continue to maximise these opportunities.
"Whilst each of the regions has different requirements and faces different challenges they are all united in their desire for straightforward, flexible, and reliable voice recording at a realistic cost, which is exactly what our solutions deliver."
