As a small rural bank that started in the 1930s, Samson Banking Company has always taken pride in their ability to provide the bank's customers with convenience and the hometown customer experience across all their delivery channels. They set out to improve the customer experience by adding new services including i2Teller, online banking and telephone banking to keep their customers connected 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. "Already using IBT's i2Core, the decision to continue implementation of IBT's integrated approach was easy. IBT's innovative integration allows us to simplify the overall process and to improve the customer's experience while saving time and money.
