IPC Systems, Inc., a leading provider of trading communications solutions to the world's top financial services firms, today announced that CQG, Inc. has selected IPC's Electronic Connectivity Services (ECS) for market data distribution.

As a primary strategic network partner, CQG now benefits from having fewer vendors to manage, resulting in reduced operational overhead, cost efficiencies and increased flexibility to enhance and expand its operations more rapidly into new markets.

CQG market data coverage includes futures, options, fixed income, foreign exchange, equities, news, OTC, proprietary data, indices and reports from around the world. It also provides order routing capabilities for futures, options on futures, Globex currencies, indices, treasuries and exchange-traded spreads.

"To traders, performance and reliability of the CQG worldwide network is paramount," said Scott Doranski, director, Technical Operations, CQG. "We've worked closely with IPC for a number of years, and they understand both our existing network infrastructure and our plans for expanding into new technologies, markets and applications. We're pleased to expand our relationship with IPC and look forward to working with them to optimize the performance of our critical networks as we connect to more exchanges all over the world."

"CQG selected our ECS product, a managed data connectivity solution that provides diverse and redundant access to exchanges, liquidity pools and customer networks, allowing for concentration on the CQG core business. As CQG continues to expand its coverage to meet the global needs of traders, it recognizes that IPC's ECS is essential to implement the best network infrastructure to support the growing demands of its trading customers," said Jeff Britell, director, Network Planning and Exchange Relationships, IPC Systems. "IPC strives to provide high quality data specialists, such as CQG, with reliable delivery, maximum throughput and low latency performance that their growing customer base demands."

IPC has worked with CQG since 2007, providing network solutions to support its electronic trading platform, technical analysis and market data services. IPC also provides connectivity for CQr CQG's backbone and WAN requirements across the United States and Europe and has helped consolidate network traffic by leveraging the IPC strategic network footprint.
