YourCash, Europe's largest independent provider of ATM solutions, is pleased to announce Chris Thomas joining the board as Chairman of the Company.
Chris has extensive experience in growing companies and acts as Chairman for a number of different companies including YourCash Ltd.
Chris has been a director of Hanson Plc, running the expanded Hanson electrical division, which saw the division reach and exceed £1bn turnover.
In 1997 he led a successful management buy-out (MBO) of Hanson Electrical (re-named Electrium) backed by private equity group Cinven. In 2003 he led a further MBO, buying Cinven out of the company, backed by Lloyds Development Capital (LDC). Chris has since sold his interest in Electrium.
