Investmaster signs J M Finn to Wealthmaster Front Office

UK-based stockbroker J M Finn is to implement Investmaster's Wealthmaster Front Office and 4i-OMR products to support both its discretionary and advisory business.

The products, which will principally be used for UK and overseas private clients and charities, will initially be implemented in the company's London office with plans to roll them out to offices in Bristol and Leeds at a later date.

J M Finn has been an Investmaster client for nearly 10 years and already uses the company's 4i-Core back office system.

Wealthmaster Front Office can be quickly and easily implemented and will give J M Finn a fully automated front to back office solution. The 4i-OMR order management and routing system includes links to all the major RSPs enabling best execution. The combined solution will dramatically improve STP and provide J M Finn with the scalability required to cope with its anticipated growth in business.

J M Finn plans to be an early adopter of the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS), introduced to standardise investment performance guidelines, and this placed GIPS compliance high on J M Finn's list of criteria for the new system. The performance measurement module in Wealthmaster Front Office is fully GIPS compliant and will enable J M Finn to carry out the sophisticated performance calculations required by this standard.
