Integrated Media Management (IMM), a document output management and automation technology provider, announced today at BAI Retail Delivery that Texas-based Amoco Federal Credit Union has improved its overall lending volume with the deployment and capabilities afforded through TotaleAtlasWeb, the company's remote signature capture and secure document delivery solution.

IMM's TotaleAtlasWeb provides secure document viewing and public key infrastructure (PKI) digital signature capture via the Web, ensuring secure, enforceable remote signatures that are trusted by the Adobe root certificate and available in perpetuity. Tommy Green, vice president of IT, AMOCO Federal Credit Union explained, "It was not long ago that we were typewriting documents, then after launching a significant e-document initiative have emerged to have members securely signing them on the Web. IMM has been a significant component of those efforts, and we haven't looked back since."

Before implementing TotaleAtlasWeb, AMOCO FCU had to limit its members to in-branch or mail transactions only, which presented challenges based on individuals' availability, location and/or coordination with a cosigner. TotaleAtlasWeb has enabled AMOCO FCU to eliminate the usual restrictions of branch hours and time spent scheduling, adding a new level of convenience and member service by allowing them to complete loan documents from any location, any time. This has been critical to retaining the business of members who have moved out of the area, do not live in proximity to an AMOCO FCU branch or just prefer to do all their banking remotely.

AMOCO FCU has been able to significantly reduce its fraud risk, specifically with out-of-state members regarding their lending documents. With IMM's TotaleAtlasWeb, there is an assurance that members are receiving their own documents to sign and return.

"AMOCO Federal Credit Union exemplifies what financial institutions can accomplish with mobile delivery strategies," said Chuck Klein, CEO of Integrated Media Management. "Remote signature and secure document delivery functionality has allowed the credit union to not only expand the adoption of its lending services, but also drive the use of its Web channel entirely. TotaleAtlasWeb, teamed with other automation tools, creates a secure environment of efficiencies and cost savings."

AMOCO Federal Credit Union began its relationship with IMM in 2006 with the selection of TotaleReceiptsTM - which automates teller receipt transactions - to minimize the level of trafficking documents between branches. AMOCO FCU has since implemented the company's TotaleAtlas, its flagship document presentment application, and TotaleChecks, a laser print software for online and batch institution checks.
